Well, my tummy is pretty big now (yes, I have a long way yet). I have also been feeling the baby for the past week. I didn't think it was the baby at first though. I definitely don't have a little butterfly.
I have a little thumper.

Thumper
From the beginning I have been so excited for a) when my tummy started to look pregnant and b) when I started to feel the baby. I was told that the baby would feel like a butterfly. I was excited because I have a thing for butterflies :) That is when the fun really begins because you start to really feel pregnant.
